We’ll begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, inviting intention, self-inquiry, and gentle reflection. Through guided meditation, sound healing, and breathwork, you’ll release tension, attune to your inner rhythms, and cultivate presence.
From here, we move into the powerful contrast of sauna and cold plunge therapy—an embodied practice of surrender and resilience. Detox in the gentle warmth of the infrared sauna, then awaken your senses with an invigorating cold plunge, teaching your body the art of flow, trust, and renewal.
Throughout our time together, we’ll weave in journaling and circle sharing, creating space for self-expression, deep listening, and collective healing.
