The workshop will begin with an introduction to the Wim Hof Method. The Method will teach you how you can utilize oxygen and cold exposure to optimize body and mind, both in daily use, as well as for optimal athletic performance. You will learn the underlying physiology to the mechanics of breath and how exactly the breath and cold exposure can reduce inflammation, speed up the metabolism, and alter the pH of the blood to an alkaline state. You will embody how to activate and commit to a mindset, and empower yourself to take these tools out of the workshop and into your life.
In addition to the knowledge gained through instruction, you’ll get to experience a full Wim Hof Method breathing session and be guided through a cold plunge (not required, but encouraged!). At the end there is ample room for reflection, integration and additional information about how to incorporate these techniques into your daily goals.
